Section 24.- This amendment brings the section into conformity

with Heading No. 40(1) of the stamp Ordinance, 1921.

25. Sectione 25, 26 and 27.- Sections 26 and 27 contain the

provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of the China (Companies) Amendment

order in Council, 1919, and clause 25 makes a necessary consequential

amendment.

26. Section 28.- Section 28 of the Ordinance introduces the pro

visions of the Companies Act, 1913.

27. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the

Governor may properly assent in the name of His Kajesty and on His

behalf.
